Small Group Training Classes
TS Fitness has developed high energy, fun, and smart Small Group Fitness classes. With a class size of up to 8 people, our coaches are able to give you the personalized experience that you need. Classes include a variety of circuits, supersets, stations, partner exercises, and more to torch calories.
We offer two types of Group Fitness classes, TS Shred (bodyweight focused) and TS Tone (more light weights focused). Both are great complements to our Personal Training.
